BEHAVIOUR INTERVENTION COORDINATOR (non-teaching post)

Required from September 2019, a colleague who will be responsible for supporting students to overcome barriers to their learning and achievement through the interventions offered by House Managers and the Director of Inclusion. Creating strategies and leading the delivery and further development of innovative interventions that provide a wide range of opportunities for all students to access a full curriculum entitlement whilst enabling and further developing personalised learning across the Academy. To reduce internal and external exclusions by improving the engagement and behaviour of vulnerable students. To support improving attendance.
