HAVE YOU RETURNED YOUR CHILD’S PHOTO PERMISSIONS FORM?????

We are missing an awful lot of ‘Photo Permissions’ forms for students (PARTICULARLY for our new year 7 students, despite all year 7 parents/carers receiving a ‘pack’ of letters/forms for returning to us.)

It is imperative that we have one of these forms completed and returned for EVERY STUDENT (whether or not you consent to the categories on the form).
