Thursday 12th September 8.30am:  To the best of our knowledge, the ‘phone system now appears to be working correctly.  Please DO let us know if you experience any difficulties with the ‘menu’ system but, as far as the engineer (and we) can tell, the problems we were having yesterday have now been fixed.  Thank you for your patience.
Weds. 11th September 4pm UPDATE: Problems with the ‘phone system are still ongoing. The engineer has a plan of action, but is currently unable to access the system (owing to backups being taken) so we are unable to ‘try’ the possible fix needed. We apologise for the extended nature of the problem but are working with the engineers to try and get it fixed as soon as possible.

Weds. 11th September – 12noon:  We are currently having difficulties with our ‘phone system (the fault has been reported and we await engineer attention to the problem) meaning that callers selecting any of the options (except Option 2 for the Academy Office) appear to be being repeatedly sent around in a loop, listening to our option announcement. Please accept our apologies; we will update this post as soon as we have any news from the engineer.
