REQUIRED AT ORMISTON SUDBURY ACADEMY:

TECHNICIAN: Creative Faculty – Job Family Description (Level 1) available here

Required to start: 1st December (or sooner, if available)

This is a permanent, part time post  – 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term-time only plus 5 training days)

Salary: £12410

Location: Ormiston Sudbury Academy, Sudbury, Suffolk

The purpose of the design technology technician’s role is to work as a member of the Academy’s strong Creative Design Faculty, promoting student progress in the support of classroom teachers in their delivery of a range of subjects across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The post holder will prepare equipment and resources across all subjects within the faculty as well as work in a supervisory capacity with small groups of students as directed.
