PACT – Parents and Carers Together CIC
A local community interest company which was founded in 2013, in Suffolk, to provide support for parents and carers of children and young people with a mental health issue (diagnosed or undiagnosed). The company has no referral system and there is no cost for parents as they are funded by local grants and The National Lottery.
The organisation offers group support, online group drop-in sessions, 1:1 support, local training with facilitation and national guest speakers on many subjects around mental health and well-being.
